Bill’s an Aquarius: a humanitarian who thinks outside the box (hence the Mowhawk). Also an introvert, Bill keeps his bill tightly closed at all times. A keen observer, Bill hovered over a certain duck-free pond for a while before deciding to fly down and make it his home. The clincher was a self-conscious little frog called Frank. Frank thought a nearby black sheep was giving him a hard time for being amphibious (don’t ask). Bill could see that Frank needed a confidence boost, so waddled his way into Frank’s life and showed him how to walk to the beat of his own drum. Frank’s expression changed the day he saw Bill, and they’ve been besties ever since.
